Scry is a public-data archive: hundreds of billions of records on hardware we own. Money in becomes disks, memory, and bandwidth; this page says how.

Where things stand

Everything Scry serves — some 200 billion documents, more than ten billion embedding vectors, and the acquisition that feeds them — runs on hardware we own. The archive grows as fast as we can buy disks and bandwidth, and no faster.

If you want more of the public internet saved and queryable, the way to help is concrete. Money in becomes drives, memory, and bandwidth, and every sponsor is told which.

How sponsorship works

  • Donate online Any amount, right now, card or wallet: scry.io/donation.
  • Email us [email protected] with an item or an amount. We confirm what it will buy before taking anything, and show you what it bought after.
  • Named or anonymous Sponsors are credited on this page with what their money became, or stay anonymous — your call.
  • Funds, not hardware Money becomes exactly the right part — the drive that matches the array, the memory that matches the board.
  • Plain dealing Today ExoPriors is a company and sponsorship is not tax-deductible — it is simply paying for infrastructure you want to exist. We are forming a nonprofit, OpenScry (openscry.org), to steward the archive long-term.
