Scry SMS — Enrollment and Terms

Customer support and account updates

Unflatten, Inc. offers text messages for Scry customer support and account or service updates you request. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

SMS enrollment is not yet available. Use xyra@exopriors.com for support while carrier verification is pending.

To enroll when SMS becomes available, text START to +1 888 347 6340. By sending START, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Unflatten, Inc. (Scry) for support replies and account or service updates you request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.

The incoming START message is your consent record. Creating a Scry account, buying credit, or accepting our general terms does not enroll you in SMS. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Separate operator-alert program

Staff alerts are a separate program for Unflatten operators, not customer enrollment. Each operator opts in by providing their mobile number in writing to Unflatten operations (xyra@exopriors.com) with an explicit request to receive operational alert SMS. The number is then added to the alerting configuration by the operations owner. Consent is recorded with the written request. Numbers are never purchased, imported from third parties, or enrolled without an explicit written request from the recipient.

Consent statement each recipient agrees to: "I agree to receive operational availability alert text messages from Unflatten (Scry) at the mobile number I have provided. Message frequency varies with incidents. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

Opt-out and help

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact xyra@exopriors.com. STOP blocks further program messages to your number, apart from the opt-out confirmation. To opt back in, send START to the same number.

Privacy

We use phone numbers, message content, and consent records to provide the SMS program and honor your preferences. Messaging providers process these data on our behalf to deliver and manage messages. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
